-All sales are final. Retrac Designs does not offer refunds at this time. Returns due to incorrect size or change of heart are not accepted because all sales are final. Please refer to the sizing chart on each product listing to accurately select a size.
-Exchanges are accepted for store credit. The purchaser must contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. Product must be unworn and unwashed in order to exchange. Client is responsible for all shipping fees.
-If an item is damaged or printed incorrectly, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery.
- All orders will ship within 5-7 business days. We will make contact with the client if there is any reason the order does not ship within this time.
-Domestic clients can choose either standard or expedited shipping at checkout. Domestic orders will ship via carrier that will deliver the quickest depending on destination.
-International orders have an estimated delivery of 10-20 business days (this does not include processing time).
-Clients are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply. Retrac Designs will not refund payment for returned items due to unpaid customs.
